Community Development

This page provides access to the Community Master Plan along with supplemental plans focused on resilience, climate action, and housing strategies. You’ll also find specialized planning documents such as the Capital Improvement Plan, Downtown Plan, Bicycle Friendly Community report, transit and corridor studies, and climate adaptation initiatives. The Planning division ensures the Land Development Code reflects the Master Plan’s zoning policies and serves as the staff liaison to the Planning Commission, offering agendas and meeting minutes.
