The City of Marquette operates multiple athletic fields across the City. Kaufman Sports Complex, constructed in 1996, is home to three regulation-sized soccer fields, four softball fields, spectator seating, a BMX track and a pavilion with restrooms and picnic area. Many area youth sports clubs utilize these fields.
Reynolds Athletic Field complex located off Presque Isle Ave and Wright Street, contains regulation baseball diamonds and a junior baseball diamond. Teo basketball courts are located on the south end of the site and a lighted, outdoor ice rink completes this multi-season complex.
Hurley Field, located in South Marquette, has a regulation fast-pitch softball field, with a lighted scoreboard, playground equipment and concession facilities. Fields are available for rent through the Parks and Recreation office.
Other recreational facilities that are operated by this department include several community parks, City multi-use pathway, tennis and basketball courts.
