The City of Marquette Office of Arts & Culture welcomes the community to nominate individuals, organizations, and businesses for the 29th Annual City of Marquette Art Awards.
Nominees may be nominated for one or more of the eleven categories listed below.Arts Volunteer, Arts Advocate, Arts Educator, Youth Award, Visual Artist, Performing Artist, Writer of the Year, Special Recognition, Arts Organization, Arts Innovation, and Arts Business. The deadline for nomination is Thursday, July 16, 2026.

Please note that nominations for non-residents are welcome as long as the nominee has made contributions in the City of Marquette.
Award recipients are honored annually at a formal ceremony and reception that is free to attend and open to the public. This year’s ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, November at Ore Dock Brewing Company from 5:00pm-9:00pm. More information about the ceremony will be announced at a later date.
