Event Spaces / Weddings
Lakeview is available April through August as a large reception/banquet hall with seating for up to 500+ guests. Dry floor space is available for many uses at a flat or hour rate. Please contact the Parks and Recreation office at 906-228-0460 or email parks@marquettemi.gov for more information and to book your event.
Outdoor Ice Rinks
Outdoor ice rinks are closed for the 2025-26 season. Rinks are located at the Reynolds Athletic Fields on Presque Isle Ave; the northeast corner of Spring Street and 7th Street; and Tourist Park Campground.
Public Skating at Lakeview
Public skating for 2026-2027 season begins Monday September 14th:
Drop-In Figure Skating Monday-Friday 9:00-9:50am
Preschool/Parent & Senior Citizens Monday-Friday 10:00-11:20am
Drop-In Hockey Monday-Friday 11:30am-12:50pm
Drop-In Hockey (evening, age 18+) Thursday 9:30pm-11:00pm
Public Skate (all ages) Monday-Sunday 1:00-2:50pm
Senior Skate (55 & older) Friday 7:00-8:30pm begins October 16th (Senior Skate is free to Marquette City, Marquette Township, Chocolay Township, and Powell Township senior residents. Some dates excluded: see Marquette Senior Center for schedule.)
